  </strong>

  We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to promote our technical products to existing and prospective clients, manage the overall sales process, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the company&rsquo;s strategic growth within the marine and industrial sectors.

   Lead and promote the sales of technical products, including marine and yacht coatings, high-pressure water jet robots and related accessories.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract finalization, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee and expand the existing customer portfolio, while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities in marine and industrial markets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide technical support and product presentations to customers, ensuring clear understanding of product features and benefits.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and support strategic planning.
  </li>
  <li>
   Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
  </li>

   Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

   Qualifications &amp; Skills
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, preferably in Marine, Naval, Mechanical or a related discipline.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally within the marine, coatings or industrial equipment sectors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles, from technical proposal to contract execution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid understanding of technical data and specifications with the ability to translate them into effective commercial solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to support the development and execution of sales strategies, achieve targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  </li>

   B-class driving license
  </li>

<div><ul><li>Design next generation automotive Inverters and DC-DC converters including schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, circuit tolerance and worst-case analysis.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Design gate drivers for SiC/Si MOSFETs and IGBTs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Design switch mode power supplies (Flyback, Buck, Boost, SEPIC).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare and review design documentation for product release including specifications, schematics and bill of materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Define hardware-software and communication interfaces (CAN, LIN etc.), specifying and performing circuit design validation tests and component sourcing activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support project and quality management activities.</li></ul>
