Job Description:</b></p><p>
We are seeking highly skilled Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is central to driving efficiency, unlocking business value, and embedding innovation by leveraging Data, AI, and modern cloud technologies. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and the unique operational demands of the oil &amp; gas industry.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>
Program &amp; Project Delivery</p><p>
o Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, from scoping and business case development to execution and benefits realization.</p><p>
o Establish clear project charters, structured project plans, and KPIs to track outcomes, not just outputs.</p><p>
o Apply Agile project management methodologies for effective scheduling, resource planning, and milestone delivery.</p><p>
o Manage cross-functional teams spanning IT, OT, data science, cloud engineering, and business stakeholders.</p><p>
Digital &amp; Data Transformation</p><p>
o Drive initiatives leveraging Azure (primary), with supplementary work in Google Cloud and SAP ecosystems.</p><p>
o Oversee projects involving Databricks, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and data platform buildouts.</p><p>
o Drive end-to-end business analysis and lead the execution of solution delivery, translating complex business needs into clear actionable requirements and overseeing the implementation to ensure realization of expected business value and solution adoption.</p><p>
o Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities to effectively engage executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors driving alignment, influencing outcomes, and leading timely, high-quality decisions-making throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>
Stakeholder Engagement</p><p>
o Partner with business leaders, engineers, and AI specialists to translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.</p><p>
o Communicate complex technology initiatives in business terms for executive stakeholders.</p><p>
o Manage organizational change to ensure adoption across technical and non-technical teams.</p><p>
Governance &amp; Compliance</p><p>
o Ensure projects align with industry regulations, HSE standards, and data security requirements.</p><p>
o Establish governance frameworks for AI and data initiatives, balancing innovation with risk management.</p><p>
Value Realization</p><p>
o Translate transformation outputs (dashboards, models, workflows) into measurable business outcomes (efficiency gains, reduced downtime, safety improvements).</p><p>
o Monitor ROI and continuously refine project portfolios based on impact.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li>Project Management Expertise: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects, with formal PM qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).</li><li>Methodology: Strong background in Agile delivery, including scheduling, dependency management, and milestone tracking.</li><li>Oil &amp; Gas Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or downstream processes, including exposure to OT data (SCADA, historians, WITSML, Petrel).</li><li>Cloud &amp; Data Platforms: Proven experience managing projects in Azure, with working knowledge of GCP and SAP integrations. Familiarity with Databricks is essential.</li><li>AI &amp; Data Literacy: Understanding AI/ML workflows, RAG, knowledge graphs, and data engineering concepts in enterprise settings.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to engage executives, technical teams, and field operations in complex change programs.</li><li>Delivery Track Record: Strong background in managing budgets, risks, and schedules in highly regulated, safety-conscious industries.</li></ul><p><b>

You will help translate vision into execution, streamline how our technical team builds and ships products, and ensure clarity, alignment and operational excellence across a growing global team.</div>

What you'll do</div>
<ul>
<li>Be the connective tissue across the Engineering, Product and Design teams - driving alignment, clarity, and prioritization across all initiatives and projects</li>
<li>Own knowledge management and internal tooling, ensuring the team operates efficiently at scale. Deep expertise in Notion is critical - you&rsquo;ll design, manage, and evolve the team&rsquo;s central knowledge base, project trackers, decision logs etc</li>
<li>Build and maintain systems for project tracking, staffing and performance reporting</li>
<li>Partner with Finance and Legal to streamline procurement, budgeting, and contract processes to positively impact delivery timelines. You&rsquo;ll also support the team on revenue recognition tracking and spend monitoring for projects.</li>
<li>Design and operationalize new processes that make product development and data delivery faster, higher quality and more predictable</li>
<li>Serve as a force multiplier for technical leadership - helping anticipate needs, prepare materials and communicate priorities internally and externally</li>
<li>Lead internal enablement and upskilling initiatives, ensuring the team continuously improves its product development muscle.</li><br>
</ul>
<div>Ideally, you'd have</div>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in product, strategy or business operations roles, preferably within a high-growth technology company or top-tier consulting/finance firm.</li>
<li>Proven ability to design and scale systems that help technical teams operate with clarity and velocity.</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical skills with a penchant for digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and iterating quickly to deliver results.</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with Notion, plus adjacent productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Coda, Slack integrations).</li>
<li>Experience working in or with the Middle East, with an understanding of the regional business and regulatory environment, is a plus.</li>
<li>Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.</li>
