About the role
Job Description:client-facing Project Manager who can understand business challenges and translate them into clear technical requirements for agentic AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, ai engineers, designers, and QA testers, to ensure project goals are met and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand pain points, workflows, goals, and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for AI agents and automations.
- Break requirements into actionable tasks, priorities, and acceptance criteria for the technical team.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly.
- Manage project scope, timelines, blockers, dependencies, and priorities.
- Provide clients with regular updates on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Gather client feedback and convert it into clear tasks for the delivery team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
