Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul>
<li>6-8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise in solutions/business analysis, product management, or a related field</li>
<li>Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects</li>
<li>Hands on experience working with business leaders to identify innovative solutions that meet business strategy and introduce a competitive advantage</li>
<li>Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to drive consensus</li>
<li>Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies including usage of JIRA</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience implementing, operating, and customizing third-party tools</li>
