  &bull; Identify and investigate discrepancies in positions, pricing, commissions, and stock borrow.

  &bull; Liaise with Trading, Risk, Technology, and external partners to resolve time-sensitive issues.

   Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;
  <strong>
   3-5 years of Trade Operations or Middle Office experience
  </strong>
  at a hedge fund, investment manager, or prime broker.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;
  <strong>
   Hands-on experience with Geneva is strongly preferred.
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Solid understanding of trade settlements, reconciliations, and post-trade workflows.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Python or automation tools is a plus.

What you Will Get to Do:</div><ul><li>
Oversee daily treasury functions, including margin, financing, and cash management across managed accounts.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact with Prime Brokers, FCMs, and counterparties for margin and funding discussions.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal Lighthouse teams on fund set-up and capital deployment requirements.</li><li>
Lead the development and implementation of an internal securities lending infrastructure for PMs.</li></ul><div></div><div>
What You Will Bring:</div><ul><li>
5&ndash;8 years of experience in a Prime Brokerage, Clearing firm, or hedge fund environment.</li><li>
Strong background in margin, financing, securities lending, and client service.</li><li>
Experience supporting hedge fund launches and fund onboarding.</li><li>
Solid understanding of margin and funding mechanics across asset classes.</li><li>
Demonstrated collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams</li></ul><div></div><div>
