 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming (Python/R) and data querying (SQL).
 </li>

 Problem-Solving: Strong creativity in solving problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution &amp; Results: Proven ability to deliver results in challenging situations.
 </li>
 <li>
