 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform the mounting, cabling of AESA antennas and passive sub-elements in line with procedures and quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the near-field tuning and test team during the AESA antennas test campaigns in anechoic chamber
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate records for future reference
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively contribute to process improvements in antennas mounting/cabling procedures, driving efficiency and quality enhancements
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas integrations
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Work Experience Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5 years of experience in the integration of complex sub-systems, ideally in defense and/or space applications. Experience in radiofrequencies measurement is a strong plus.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualification, Certification &amp; Educational Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 * Bachelor's in manufacturing.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in assembly, integration and tests of systems or sub-systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of power and tests benches (user profile)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to take part of technical troubleshooting campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies, optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integration
 </li>
 <li>
 You speak English with excellent communication. Arabic is a strong plus.
