Verifier overview 
 
A lead verifier manages verification projects successfully from the kick-off meeting through the delivery of the final report and statement. He/She interacts with the client directly, clearly communicating data and information requests and findings. He/She is responsible for upholding LRQA&rsquo;s internal standards and ensuring the client is meeting the requirements of the specific reporting criteria for which they are seeking verification.</div>

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading verifications for a variety of clients with facilities worldwide. This role will involve travel, mainly within MEA but occasionally abroad.</div>

Job Requirements</div><div> 

The requirements of this position are:</div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years work experience to do certification audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 with an IAF recognized Certification Body.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant greenhouse gas emissions and sustainability data reporting schemes and sources,</li>
<li>Completed ISO 14064-1 &amp; 2 training courses and</li>
<li>Past experience in supporting GHG and GHG verification projects with IAF recognized Certification Body.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and IT skills with a high standard of personal and professional presentation,</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary,</li>
<li>Presence and credibility to represent LRQA authoritatively at the most senior levels across the industry,</li>
<li>Arabic native language (essential)</li></ul>
