 The Area Operations Manager for Digital Solutions in North Africa plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the execution of Weatherford&rsquo;s solutions portfolio within the geographical areas.  Responsibilities

 ROLE SUMMARY
 
 
 
 The Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager will act as back up for the Onboarding Head in all tasks &amp; issues related to onboarding, will be also assisting team members with questions and escalations, Managing the work assignments allocation of onboarding function for UAE all Non-Retail Operating Companies. Will handle periodical review of all onboarding operations with the respective stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ROLE PROFILE

 Supervises the Onboarding team of UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works closely on allocating onboarding tickets among a team of onboarding officers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyses current systems issues to figure out operational gaps &amp; initiate corrective recommendations that lead to a smooth onboarding process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acts as a first point of escalation and acts towards solving all issues and turning the negatives experience into a positive one.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts quality checks on the onboarding team to make sure that they are following the policies and procedures through checking random samples &amp; running system reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists the Employee Life Cycle tower lead &amp; Onboarding Manager in drafting onboarding processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides coaching and timely feedback to the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the team members comply with MAF values, ethics, policies &amp; procedures.
 </li>

 REQUIREMENTS

 A minimum of 5 years of HR relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Graduate in a relevant discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 SuccessFactors knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of local / Regional labor laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Focus and Stakeholder Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting and People Management skills.
 </li>
