Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Admin &amp; General Department in Doha, As a Hygiene Coordinator, you will oversee cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Your role involves implementing food safety &amp; hygiene standards and addressing hygiene issues promptly to your manager. The Hygiene Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Hygiene.</p><p></p><p><b>
As Hygiene &amp; Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties</b></p><ul>
<li>
Assist the Assistant Director of Hygiene to develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination in the workplace</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with Food Safety &amp; Hygiene standards in all F&amp;B areas and report findings to the Assistant Director of Hygiene</li>
<li>Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to hygiene and sanitation</li>
<li>Responsible to assist the Assistant Director of Hygiene handling the Food Safety &amp; Hygiene in the Hotel</li>
<li>Maintaining HACCP/ISO, Food Safety related Standards</li>
<li>Conducting regular checks to ensure food handlers are adhering to good food and personal hygiene practices.</li>
<li>Carrying out internal Food Hygiene Audits in all Food &amp; Beverage areas and report to Assistant Director of Hygiene</li>
<li>Developing, implement, reviewing and updating the food safety management system procedures, in accordance with local regulations and international standards in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Hygiene</li>

As Hygiene &amp; Security Coordinator, we expect from you</b></p><ul>
<li>
Minimum 2 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of Food Safety standards and regulations locally and internationally</li>
<li>International work experience in at least two of the following regions: Asia and Middle East</li>
<li>Ability to work long &amp; flexible hours with a strong focus on Hygiene operation</li>
