Overall Company Management</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of Vortexen Abu Dhabi</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and divisions</li><li>Act as the single-point operational head for the company</li><li>Implement management systems, SOPs, and reporting structures</li></ul><p>2. Division Management (Core Responsibility)</p><p><b>Fire Stopping Services</b></p><ul><li>Manage ongoing fire stopping projects and site activities</li><li>Ensure Civil Defence compliance and approvals</li><li>Supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors</li><li>Monitor quality, timelines, safety, and documentation</li></ul><p><b>Safety Products &amp; PPE Reselling</b></p><ul><li>Manage sourcing, pricing, inventory, and vendor coordination</li><li>Develop B2B sales for PPE and safety consumables</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE standards and client specifications</li></ul><p>3. Business Growth &amp; New Scopes</p><ul><li>Identify and introduce new services aligned with Vortexen&rsquo;s license and market demand</li><li>Upscale company operations with new verticals and revenue streams</li><li>Evaluate feasibility, pricing, manpower, and compliance for new scopes</li><li>Support management in strategic expansion planning</li></ul><p>4. Team Building &amp; Workforce Management</p><ul><li>Recruit the right employees for new and existing scopes</li><li>Manage engineers, technicians, sales, admin, and support staff</li><li>Define roles, KPIs, and performance metrics</li><li>Build a disciplined, accountable, and delivery-focused team</li></ul><p>5. Sales, Targets &amp; Client Management</p><ul><li>Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets</li><li>Handle key client meetings and negotiations</li><li>Maintain and expand existing client accounts</li><li>Convert leads into projects and long-term contracts</li><li>Leverage existing Abu Dhabi client network</li></ul><p>6. Documentation, Registration &amp; Compliance</p><ul><li>Oversee all documentation, approvals, and registrations, including:</li><li>Civil Defence</li><li>Vendor registrations</li><li>ADNOC / EPC prequalifications</li><li>Compliance certificates and renewals</li><li>Ensure audit readiness and document accuracy</li><li>Coordinate with PROs and authorities when required</li></ul><p>7.
