Assistant Land Surveyor

<div>WSP is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our supervision team for a major utilities and infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong technical expertise in surveying, particularly in wet and dry utilities , and previous experience working with consultants on large-scale infrastructure projects.</div>
 <div><ul><li>Conduct day-to-day surveying and setting out works for utilities (water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, electrical, telecom, etc.) in coordination with the site team.
</li><li>Verify contractors&rsquo; survey data, setting out points, levels, and alignments to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
</li><li>Supervise and inspect trench excavations, duct banks, manholes, chambers, and pipe/cable routes to confirm alignment and levels.
</li><li>Maintain survey records, field books, and as-built data in line with project requirements.
</li><li>Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, Civil/Utility Inspectors, and Contractor&rsquo;s surveyors to resolve site issues.
</li><li>Review and verify as-built drawings and survey submissions from contractors before final approval.

</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 5 years on utilities and infrastructure projects in the UAE.

</li><li>Strong knowledge of survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) and associated software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
