Coordinate and communicate effectively with board members, senior management, clients, and partners.</p><p>9. Represent the Managing Director in meetings and correspondence as required.</p><p>10. Assist in strategic projects, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.</p><p>11. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing notes to support decision-making.</p><p>12. Support HR, operations, and other departments as needed for executive initiatives.</p><p>13. Facilitate internal communication between the Managing Director and other departments.</p><p>14. Coordinate team events, executive retreats, and important corporate meetings.</p><p>15. Ensure smooth office operations, including administrative workflows, travel logistics, and vendor coordination.</p><p>16. Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and maintain the highest ethical standards.</p><p>17. Exercise sound judgment and anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and the organization.</p><p>18.
