 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 The SAP PP/QM Consultant is responsible for delivering solutions in the Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules of SAP. This role involves analyzing business requirements, providing system solutions, supporting custom developments, managing system interfaces, and offering ongoing production support within defined SLA timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both functional configuration and cross-functional integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Incident &amp; Service Request Management

 Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and service requests in PP and QM modules within SLA targets.

 Business Process Analysis &amp; Solution Design

 </li>

 Good knowledge of SAP interface technologies (IDoc, RFC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred:

 Experience with integration to external systems (e.g., MES, LIMS).
