 3+ years of legal experience

 LL.B. (undergraduate law degree) from a recognized university in India and Associate Member (ACS) with Institute of Company Secretaries India (ICSI) with a valid membership with ICSI.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years experience either as a practicing lawyer or an in-house attorney within a reputable law firm or legal department in a reputable company, with primary and autonomous responsibility in client advisory, reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
 
 
 </li>
