This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute high-quality marketing initiatives that support overall business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly marketing plans.</li><li>Lead and supervise the marketing team, including the Social Media Executive and photographers.</li><li>Review and approve all marketing materials, including photos, videos, and captions.</li><li>Coordinate offers, promotions, campaigns, and events in alignment with management directives.</li><li>Build, manage, and maintain the company&rsquo;s content calendar.</li><li>Monitor analytics and optimize performance across all digital platforms.</li><li>Conduct weekly planning meetings and assign clear deliverables to the team.</li><li>Supervise outsourced content creators and ensure timely submission of work.</li><li>Oversee WhatsApp marketing and other customer communication channels.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in marketing (retail or jewellery industry experience is an advantage).</li><li>Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.</li><li>Ability to evaluate, guide, and elevate creative content.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
