We work together closely with our customers to build an ecosystem that intuitively responds to the needs of people and helps customers.Your Role:&middot; Review project specifications and MEP drawings to design automation and BMS solutions for lighting, HVAC, shading, and other systems.&middot; Prepare technical material submittals, compliance statements, and documentation for consultant/client approval.&middot; Support product selection based on project requirements, compatibility, availability, and budget constraints.&middot; Assist in cost estimation and BOQ preparation during the pre-sales or tendering phase.&middot; Develop detailed control schematics, device addressing plans, cable schedules, and panel layouts.&middot; Program and configure KNX devices, wireless (e.g., sensors, actuators, keypads) and BMS controllers with necessary logic and functions &amp; ELV System(CCTV, WAP, BGM, ACS, Door Intercom, Etc,&hellip;)&middot; Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for system integration and implementation.&middot; Supervise site execution, ensuring correct cabling, device installation, and adherence to control drawings.&middot; Conduct pre-commissioning and functional testing of automation systems, including third-party system interfaces (BACnet, Modbus, DALI).&middot; Carry out final testing, commissioning, and handover, documentation, training, and system backups.Your Qualifications and Skills:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field&middot; 4+ years of hands-on experience in home automation, lighting control systems, guest room management systems, building management systems (BMS) and ELV systems.&middot; Practical knowledge and certifications in KNX, DALI, BACnet, Modbus, ZigBee, Z-Wave, or platforms like Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Honeywell, etc. are a strong advantage&middot; Experience in material selection, BOQ preparation, estimation, and technical submittal documentation&middot; Ability to review and work from MEP drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics&middot; Skilled in system programming, device configuration, testing, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning&middot; Strong understanding of low-voltage systems and third-party integration via BACnet/Modbus protocols&middot; Good command of tools like ETS (for KNX), DALI tools, BMS software suites, AutoCAD, and MS Office&middot; Certifications in KNX, DALI, or BMS platforms, ELV (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Honeywell, etc.) are a strong plus.&middot; Excellent technical troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills&middot; Valid UAE driver&rsquo;s license.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you an Electrical Engineer?</li></ul>
