Own the test lifecycle across multiple integration points:

 E-commerce platform (e.g., Commerce tools or similar)
 SAP (Order Management, Inventory, Finance, Logistics)
 Delivery and logistics providers (Eg: - Fareye or similar)
 Internal microservices and APIs

Lead design and execution of test scenarios validating Marketplace - orders, pricing, catalog, payments, inventory sync, returns, fulfilment, commision structure, SLAs, seller & operator portal, returns, database, customer support, data migration, OMS, PIM, commerce tools, pos, SAP and event flows. 3. Test Automation & Framework Ownership
 
Design, maintain, and scale test automation frameworks for API, UI, and integration testing.
 Drive shift-left automation and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
 Candidate Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in computers or information technology
 10+ years of experience in IT Industry, preferably with at least 3-4 years of working in Marketplace – mirakl & After sales domain experience - Salesforce
 Mentor and guide QA engineers and vendor QA across regions.
 Support resource planning and onboarding aligning with vendor teams
 Foster a collaborative and high-performing QA team culture
