 Supporting the development of training material via the tTraining Cell Senior Supervisor for bespoke or new training requirements, either by outsourcing or producing training courses

 Delivering Induction Training to all employees in accordance with the induction plan. Other deliverables would include Continuation training,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manual Handling and Working at Height
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivering SHE briefings in conjunction with the on-site SHE co-ordinator
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing training records to ensure competency and currency of maintenance personnel to provide evidence to the compliant authority
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising with outside agencies to arrange training and refresher training
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Performance indicators &ndash; Deliver and record training to undertake appropriate assessments to ensure that each employee develops the skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to perform the activities and tasks required in the domain of maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Procedure/standards &ndash; Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standards, as applicable. At this level would be expected to agree and implement change as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Safety Management System &ndash; Understanding of the application of human factors, error management, risk management and safety assurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Statutory / Regulatory &amp; Legislative requirements &ndash; Able to demonstrate a detailed understanding and application of the continuing airworthiness regulatory framework, e.g. EASA and ensure any changes are implemented; Ensure compliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR/E&amp;PW

 Contractual Requirements &ndash; Ensure compliance with all applicable contractual requirements; Support contract reviews and ensure communication of any changes into Airworthiness Records activities, as appropriate
