The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, and backend sales support for international markets, particularly the UAE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate leads through LinkedIn, online research, and databases</li><li>Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to potential clients</li><li>Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipeline</li><li>Schedule meetings for the front-end sales team</li><li>Assist in proposal preparation and client follow-ups</li><li>Research and identify potential clients in:</li><li>Logistics companies</li><li>Fleet/transport businesses</li><li>Construction and delivery companies</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly performance reports</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and data management</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in lead generation / back office sales / coordination</li><li>Strong English communication (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>Good command of MS Excel, CRM tools, and internet research</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven environment</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li></ul>Preferred Requirements<ul><li>Experience dealing with international clients (UAE preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of logistics, SaaS, or fleet management solutions</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools</li></ul>Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
