 Ensuring the implementation of the brand's standard operations, procedures, instructions, job descriptions, and processes in stores in line with targets,

 Planning operational preparation processes during store openings and implementing opening preparation steps,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that the standards of existing franchise brands are applied, reporting areas for improvement, and creating corrective action plans,

 Coordinating the implementation of annual/periodic product plans determined by the brands with businesses, guiding the marketing team for the preparation of relevant marketing materials, and tracking post-sales performance,

 Conducting country-based commercial product research and development for brands and tracking their performance,
