 Assistant Category Manager
 
 to support the development and execution of category strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market share. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about consumer insights, product performance, and brand building.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Category Strategy &amp; Planning:
 
 
 Support the Category Manager in developing and executing annual category plans based on market insights, competitive benchmarking, and business goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Business Performance Tracking:
 
 
 Analyze category sales, margins, and inventory performance, and generate regular dashboards with actionable insights for business decisions.
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Product &amp; Portfolio Management:
 
 
 Coordinate cross-functional efforts for new product launches and manage the lifecycle of existing SKUs through data-led decisions.
 
 
 
 
 
 4. Marketing &amp; Consumer Insights:
 
 
 Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute category campaigns while deriving insights from consumer research and market data.
 
 
 
 
 
 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 
 
 Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of category plans, forecasting accuracy, and on-time delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1.Education &amp; Experience

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 MBA preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of experience in category management, brand management, merchandising, or business analysis (FMCG, retail, or D2C experience preferred).
 </li>
