 Plan and oversee all aspects of event and activation production, including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

 Logistics and Operations:

 Coordinate venue selection, setup, transportation, equipment, and vendor relationships to guarantee smooth operations.
 </li>

 On-site Execution:

 Supervise events during execution, ensuring flawless operations and exceptional consumer experience.

 Brand and Strategy:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement creative strategies to boost brand visibility, drive product trials, and connect with target audiences through immersive experiences, including in-store promotions and visual merchandising.

 Reporting and Analysis:

 Collect event data, prepare post-event reports, and track expenses to evaluate performance and ROI.

 Client and Partner Management:

 Qualifications &amp; Skills:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in event management, brand activations, or marketing within FMCG or a similar industry. Experience in food or ice cream category is a plus.

 <li>
 Strong project management and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
 </li>
