We are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality engineering solutions for infrastructure and construction projects.</p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced Site Construction Foreman to support and supervise daily field operations across our foundation and ground-improvement projects.</p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><p>Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site construction activities related to vibroflotation, dynamic compaction, sheet piles, bored piles, jet grouting, and dewatering works.</p><p>Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate workers, operators, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.</p><p>Equipment Coordination: Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and deployment of machinery such as vibroflotation rigs, cranes, pile drivers, grout pumps, and dewatering systems.</p><p>Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality and ensure all work meets project specifications, engineering requirements, and technical standards.</p><p>Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety rules, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure all personnel follow safety protocols.</p><p>Progress Tracking: Report daily work progress, resource usage, and site conditions to the Site Manager or Project Manager.</p><p>Problem Solving: Identify on-site issues&mdash;whether technical, logistical, or personnel-related&mdash;and assist in developing immediate solutions.</p><p>Material Management: Coordinate material deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper usage and storage on site.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in on-site construction work, preferably in ground improvement or foundation engineering.</p><p>Strong knowledge of vibroflotation, dynamic compaction, sheet piling, bored piling, jet grouting, or dewatering operations (experience in multiple areas is highly preferred).</p><p>Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and site plans.</p><p>Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.</p><p>Familiarity with workplace safety practices and regulations.</p><p>Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.</p><p>Basic reporting and documentation skills.</p><p>Ability to work overtime or shift schedules when required by project needs.</p><p>职位类型：全职</p><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi</p>
