 , you will be responsible for verification of construction and development projects, covering civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works. You will prepare cost estimates and will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure that estimates reflect real-time market conditions, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support project budgeting, and financial decision-making processes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:

 Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications for all stages of the project lifecycle (concept, schematic, design development, IFC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze drawings and documents to prepare quantity take-offs and item-wise cost breakdowns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate subcontractor and supplier quotations, analyze rates, and prepare cost comparisons.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and finance teams to ensure alignment of cost estimates with technical and commercial aspects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for all construction disciplines including civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor actual project costs vs. estimates and investigate variances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support in contractual pricing, project cash flow forecasting, and risk assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend internal and external project meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify contractor bills and certify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare feasibility reports for proposed projects.
