About the role</b></p><p>
In this role you will lead RM strategies in Cargo Inventory Management Team on QR network and ensure execution and completion.<br>
Perform analysis on network results and take necessary initiatives in order to stimulate optimization improvement utilizing both commercial and operational opportunities.<br>
The role requires for you to be on roster duty to support the 24*7 operations of the department.</p><p>
Other additional responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Organize and execute the communication towards commercial organization in order to maximize revenue contribution to the network and improve profitability.</li><li>Responsible for implementation of RM strategies for the region, managing and reporting back on compliance to strategies implemented, communicating execution of all strategies and results obtained effectively to Cargo Inventory Management Manager for review and further changes if any.</li><li>Examine profiling of flights, daily booking trends, overbooking levels, entry condition levels and backlog to measure if current capacity &amp; inventory control strategies are implemented and suggest changes to Cargo Inventory Management Manager.</li><li>Act as the point of escalation with the Commercial and operational departments regarding rejected bookings, delay in response as per agreed SLA, ULD requests and excess mail on free sales.</li><li>Ensure appropriate sales steering messages are communicated to the network of their routes. Push for more cargo when loads are low, advice stations of backlog situations and operational constraints (payload, etc.)</li><li>Provide inputs to Cargo Inventory Planning Team on long term optimization process (seasonal allotment planning). Communicate information on route constraints, opportunities and operational constraints in order to take effective decision on allotment requests in accordance with network level strategy.</li><li>Provide inputs to Cargo Inventory Analytics team for structural and Ad-hoc modification to thresholds (entry conditions). Communicate information on demand, route constraints and future outlook.</li><li>Manage interface with Network Planning Team by acting as point of contact on Ad-hoc and structural schedule changes, revenue projections and issues related to long term or ad-hoc charter flights.</li><li>Utilize advance analytical tools and techniques to analyze large datasets related to bookings, load factors, market dynamics and other important data related to the business.</li><li>Organize and manage interface with Sales organization: Send flight dashboard to alert on short-term opportunities (sales steering). Identify potential new flows with high contribution. For flows currently on board: secure flows with highest contribution and assess flows with lowest contribution.</li><li>Coach the newly joined Cargo colleagues to follow a network-based approach in order to optimize the network margin as opposed to individual flight legs and to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.</li></ul><p><b>

About the role</b></p><p>
As a Cargo Revenue Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the revenue integrity team and for designing, maintaining and executing processes related to revenue integrity to ensure the expected revenue is generated from all offered and services across the Qatar Airways Cargo network. This involves conception, continuous monitoring and improvement of the Early Warning Signal tools in line with business complexity and growth. Constantly review any Cargo billing disputes or revenue adjustments request and guide user departments follow the waiver and write off approval process. Analyze revenue leakage in a data-driven way, identify root causes and propose corrective actions to the management.<br>

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>
Develop, implement, monitor and review processes in line with increasing complexity of the business. Manage and influence internal stakeholders in the interest of revenue integrity to safeguard the interests of the division globally.</li><li>
Manage revenue leakage through analysis of bookings, rates/tariffs, other charges, master data, system computation and financial data. Subsequently engage with stakeholders to conclude root cause analyses and act where required.</li><li>
Review the revenue adjustments request and waiver and write off approval process to ensure it is approved by the authorized approver as per the policy. Contribute to the implementation of a revenue integrity KPI structure.</li><li>
Provide guidelines and analysis to the management for target setting and planning to reach these targets.</li><li>
Review and develop revenue integrity of the business at a region, station, product and customer level; Engage with the network and revenue accounting to assure processes are implemented and targets met.</li><li>
Translate revenue integrity principles into business rules and subsequently into system input for the automation of revenue integrity processes.</li><li>
Highlight any issue identified through the Early Warning Signal tools/ report and works closely with respective departments for corrective action.</li><li>

In this role, you will lead the global operational performance steering in conjunction with the RMCO/RCOMs and a team of regional analysts, via the establishment of an Operational Excellence Center (OEC).<br>
This position&rsquo;s role is to design, develop and implement the visibility required to manage performance with a proactive approach, building insights from available data and analyzing deviations to set the benchmark for a standardized, efficient and optimized operation.</p><div>

<p><b>About the role</b></p>
<p>As a Global Customer Service Officer, you will enhance Qatar Airways Cargo customer experience and in line with the core values, by offering an escalation point of contact for both internal and external customers across the network from booking until final delivery by managing a closed loop activity to ensure all customers are receiving the service Qatar Airways Cargo are committed and to ensure all corrective actions are put in place to address service failures.<br>
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:</p>
<ul><li>Coordinate day to day work functions, acting as a &ldquo;go to&rdquo; person and investigating and resolving complex customer issues. Queries may be received on a range of issues including Misrouted Cargo, Damaged Cargo, Offloaded Cargo, Missing Cargo and any discrepancies.</li>
<li>Understand the needs and requirements of the customer and manage their expectations and the service received and pro-actively resolve potential or current issues in a timely and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Ensure to track all customer escalation and resolution activities for quality and metrics reporting through existing tools to facilitate reporting and identification of common inquiries, maintain an accurate database of customer queries with actionable data output in preparation through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.</li>
<li>Identify trends related to customer inquiries to respond proactively and provide feedback to management.</li>
<li>Develop a clear and in-depth knowledge of all Qatar Airways Cargo products in order to understand and resolve customer queries in the first instance wherever possible.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments on cross functional tasks and projects representing the Customer Experience function and ensuring the voice of the customer is always present in the resolution discussion.</li>
<li>Perform other department duties as directed by Line Manager of Head of the Department.</li>

</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><p><b>About you</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in air cargo, logistics, or a related field.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of air cargo customer service practices and procedures.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cargo reservation, acceptance and handling processes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with IATA and TACT regulations.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with excellent command of English (verbal and written)</li>
<li>Proficiency in French and Arabic is preferred and will be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong presentation and reporting skills.</li>
<li>A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>
