 What Do We Expect From You?

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited universities in disciplines of Mechanical Engineering, Material &amp; Metallurgical Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Aerospace-Aeronautical Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably 2 - 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in SAP ERP (or similar ERP programs), S4 Hana (asset)
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified associate program management certifications (PMI, CPP, CPPM) are asset
 </li>
 <li>
 No travel restrictions (National &amp; International)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to effectively manage stakeholders through strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Goal and result oriented working discipline
 </li>

 Processing timely requisitions (RFI-RFQ) and purchase orders for raw materials and COTS products
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, solving on time quality issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with quality, material planning, R&amp;D and process departments upon delivery to ensure orders are filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing strong relationships with key suppliers and measure supplier&rsquo;s performance based on quality, delivery, service level and like similar KPI&rsquo;s
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating with supplier&rsquo;s daily and organizing meetings and projects as needed to resolve supply issues or developing and finalizing any on-going projects to resolve supply issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with other internal departments like planning, finance, contracts, sales and logistics to prevent or solve any issues and concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Contact with suppliers in case of non-quality/missing/damaged material or service issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Sourcing for alternative sources for DOMESTIC and OEM projects.
 </li>
