 Job Description

 Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement to handle matters

 <li>
 Help with calendar management, particularly in prioritising inquiries and requests, making judgements and recommendations
 </li>
 <li>
 Help draft agendas, schedule meetings, distribute materials, and record meeting minutes wherever needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Conserve the CEO&rsquo;s time by preparing and analysing information in advance, helping connect the dots internally and externally
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure the CEO is well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
 </li>

 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Develop dashboards and executive summaries for internal use.

 Design and deliver presentations, board decks, and investor reports.

 Draft external communication materials (investor updates, blog posts, announcements).

 Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend reports.

 Prepare background briefs and analysis for CEO-level meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support hiring, organizational strategy, and business planning.
 </li>

 Take ownership of cross-functional projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Product, Data, HR, Strategy, and Operations teams.

 Identify bottlenecks and help design solutions to improve execution.
