Job DescriptionJob TitleDriver to the ChairmanReporting ToChairman / Executive OfficeJob SummaryThe Driver to the Chairman is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation services to the Chairman. The role requires professionalism, punctuality, discretion, and a strong commitment to maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition while ensuring smooth and efficient travel.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely transport the Chairman to meetings, business appointments, airports, events, and other destinations.</li><li>Plan travel routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Chairman's schedules, meetings, and personal information.</li><li>Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fueled, and serviced according to schedule.</li><li>Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.</li><li>Coordinate with the Executive Office regarding travel schedules and itinerary changes.</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other personal or business items when required.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, mileage, and trip logs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.</li><li>Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.</li><li>Support administrative or logistical tasks assigned by the Chairman or Executive Office, as appropriate.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience as an executive, personal, or VIP driver.</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.</li><li>Basic English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Professional appearance and courteous manner.</li><li>Excellent driving and defensive driving skills.</li><li>High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Full-time position with flexible working hours based on the Chairman's schedule.</li><li>May require travel within the UAE and occasional long-distance trips.</li><li>Availability during weekends, holidays, and after office hours when necessary.</li></ul>Performance Indicators<ul><li>Safe driving record with no major traffic violations.</li><li>Punctuality and reliability.</li><li>Vehicle cleanliness and maintenance standards.</li><li>Professional conduct and confidentiality.</li><li>Overall satisfaction of the Chairman and Executive Office.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
