The Specialist supports hospital flow through clear communication, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome patients and visitors and guide them to the correct service</li><li>Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations</li><li>Register patients accurately in the hospital system and verify documents</li><li>Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries</li><li>Coordinate with nursing, medical, and support teams for patient flow</li><li>Collect payments and issue receipts when required</li><li>Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all patient information</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare reception, front desk, or customer service role.</li><li>Experience in a hospital or clinical environment is preferred.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements<ul><li>Must be located in Qatar or able to relocate immediately.</li><li>Clear command of English in speaking and writing</li><li>Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.</li><li>Professional appearance and communication</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital software systems.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li><li>Professional demeanor and patient-centric attitude.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a general hospital front office</li><li>Experience with appointment booking or patient registration</li><li>Ability to read, speak and write Arabic is an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with hospital information systems</li><li>Experience in handling payments and billing</li><li>Ability to manage busy periods calmly and manage multiple tasks</li></ul>Due to the large number of applications, individual responses may not be possible.
