Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
The Surgical Services Manager is responsible, in cooperation with the Surgical Services Director, for the planning, implementation and coordination of all daily operations within the Pre-Operative, Operating Room, Endoscopy, Anesthesia and Recovery Department. This responsibility includes, but is not exclusive to, directing and supervising the personnel and delivery of care within these departments, managing and coordinating administrative issues within the respective departments and the progression of the surgical patients throughout the day, and acting as liaison between the department&rsquo;s staff, the physicians, and the Surgical Services Director. Responsible for quality improvement, productivity, and patient/physician satisfaction goals and objectives established by upper management the individual in this position must be an exemplary nurse who is able to provide the safest, most effective nursing care to all surgical patients utilizing the nursing process<h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
What qualifications you will need:</h6><ul><li>
Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)</li><li>
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing</li><li>
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date</li><li>

Lead workforce planning efforts, leveraging analytics and forecasting to ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation.</li><li>

</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Talent Management
<ul><li>Oversee the execution of HR programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and development.</li><li>
Improve early retention rates for new hires by enhancing onboarding processes in collaboration with managers.</li><li>
Partner with hiring managers to maintain an effective applicant pipeline, ensuring a proactive approach to talent management.</li><li>
Act as the single point of contact for all HR-related processes, issues, and inquiries within the assigned business area.

Experience<ul><li>
