   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  You will implement and execute comprehensive QA/QC surveillance and inspection activities, including:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Executing inspections as per approved Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITP), and project procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparing, completing, and signing off on all surveillance, inspection, and test records.
  </li>
  <li>
   Witnessing and certifying field procedures and tests (e.g., surface preparation, coating application, DFT/WFT, holiday detection, insulation installation).
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining accurate logs for the calibration of all inspection and testing equipment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensuring the correct revision of all project documents (AFC drawings, specs, codes) is used on-site.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conducting surveillance of subcontractor work to ensure strict compliance with quality and contractual requirements.
  </li>

   Qualifications &amp; Experience
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <strong>
   Education:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Engineering Diploma or suitable equivalent, plus relevant Trade Certificates.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>
  Professional Certification (Mandatory):
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   NACE, ICORR, BGAS, or ERS Level 2 certification (or equivalent) for painting, coating, and insulation inspection.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>
  Experience:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum 8 years of experience as an inspection professional in the Oil &amp; Gas industry.
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 5 years of this experience must be in the onshore/offshore Gas Facilities sector.
  </li>
  <li>
   LNG project experience is strongly preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience across project phases: procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up, and commissioning.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>
  <strong>
   Essential Submission Requirements
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  Candidates must provide the following with their application:

   QE LNG Approval: Proof of existing approval or written confirmation of eligibility for the QE LNG approval process.
  </li>

   CV/Resume: Must clearly demonstrate 8+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in gas facilities, with certification details prominently listed.

   Availability: Must confirm availability for mobilization by mid-February 2026 for the full 3&ndash;4 month assignment.
