 The FSRA is responsible for the regulation of Financial Services providers at Abu Dhabi Global Market and for the supervision of regulated activities.
 
 
 The Supervision Department is responsible for the supervision of banks, insurance companies, money service providers, custodians, fund/assets managers and financial arrangers and advisors. The Supervision Department follows a holistic, proactive risk-based approach to supervision of financial service providers .
 
 
 The Senior Manager is responsible, in close liaison with the Supervision Director, for the supervision of a portfolio of financial institutions in line with FSRA&rsquo;s regulations, FSRA&rsquo;s risk appetite and international best practices. Job Purpose:To lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company&rsquo;s QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). The QHSE Manager ensures compliance with legal, industry, and client requirements, promotes a culture of safety and quality, and supports operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Management:* Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).* Conduct QHSE internal audits and coordinate external audits (client and certification bodies).* Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.* Promote continuous improvement initiatives across departments.* Develop and monitor KPIs related to quality2. Health &amp; Safety Management:* Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and company policies.* Lead risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and incident investigations.* Plan safety inspections, drills, and site audits.* Deliver/ ensure QHSE training programs to staff and subcontractors conducted.* Conduct Hse Statistics analysis* Set QHSE objectives &amp; target.3. Environmental Management:* Develop and manage the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).* Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, including waste, emissions, and resource usage.* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.* Promote environmentally friendly practices across operations.4. Integrated Management System (IMS):* Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO standards.* Conduct management review meetings and prepare audit documentation.* Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance and documentation.* Guide &amp; manage HSE team membersQualifications:* Bachelor's degree/ Fire &amp; safety Engineering, in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, or a related field.* NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification (mandatory).* Lead Auditor Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 (preferred).* IMS Internal auditor ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001* Minimum [5&ndash;10] years of relevant QHSE experience, with [3-4] years in a leadership role.Skills &amp; Competencies:* Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.* Deep knowledge of QHSE regulations and ISO standards.* Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports.* training delivery skills.* High attention to detail and a proactive approach.Working Conditions:* Combination of office and site-based work.* Occasional travel to operational sites or branches.Job Type: Full-time
