<p><b>Location</b>: Abu Dhabi City</p><p><b>Work type</b>: Full-time (Mon-Fri)</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi with a strong background in interior fit-out projects.</p><ul><li>Hold a relevant professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent, with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Proven background in interior fit-out projects including commercial offices, retail, hospitality, and residential spaces.</li><li>Experienced in the full tendering process, preparing and issuing tender documents, evaluating subcontractor bids, conducting tender analysis, and negotiating and awarding contracts.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules.</li><li>Manage project budgets and cost plans throughout the full project lifecycle.</li><li>Carry out valuations, interim payment assessments, and final account settlements.</li><li>Administer contracts under standard forms such as FIDIC, JCT, or NEC.</li><li>Provide commercial advice and cost reporting to project managers and clients.</li><li>Apply value engineering principles and support risk management processes.</li><li>Proficient in relevant QS software and industry-standard tools.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.</li></ul><p>Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Interior Fit Out: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Tendering: 3 years (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
