The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Business Development</b></p><ul><li>Generate new leads and inquiries for event catering services.</li><li>Actively promote catering packages to corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and individuals.</li><li>Conduct sales visits, presentations, and food tasting arrangements.</li><li>Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.</li></ul><p><b>Client Relationship Management</b></p><ul><li>Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.</li><li>Understand client needs and recommend suitable menu options, setups, and services.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.</li><li>Ensure high customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.</li></ul><p><b>Event Coordination Support</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with the operations and kitchen team to ensure event requirements are well-communicated.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and production teams for smooth event execution.</li><li>Attend major events to support client management when required.</li></ul><p><b>Administration &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and client communications.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.</li><li>Track event revenue, conversions, and sales targets.</li><li>Ensure contracts and agreements are completed properly.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
