<p></p><div><p>Jazeera Airways is looking for a Configuration and Maintenance Program Engineer who would be responsible for continued airworthiness preventive maintenance review in accordance with Jazeera Maintenance Program &amp; reliability data to assure fleet&rsquo;s maximum safety and operating efficiency. The position will also control configurations of Jazeera existing and new aircrafts by performing engineering document reviews to ensure compliance of airworthiness directives/aviation regulation/maintenance program and reflected in Engineering Computer System.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities and Duties:</b></p>

<li>Develops and formulates the airframe, engine, propeller, and component maintenance programs to ensure safety, reliability, and airworthiness in the most economical manner.</li>
<li>Reviews and proposes changes to the aircraft maintenance program based on manufacturer recommendations, reliability analysis, and in-service experience, before submitting to the applicable Aviation Authority through the SCM Department.</li>
<li>Optimizes the maintenance program based on fleet performance and task findings, identifying opportunities for increased task effectiveness and efficiency.</li>
<li>Monitors component tracking and interchangeability in the company&rsquo;s system, ensuring compliance with approved manuals and coordinating with Technical Services.</li>
<li>Provides technical assistance to Fleet Management and Aircraft Records, including aircraft entry/exit processes.</li>
<li>Monitors and reviews AD/SB actions that Technical Services intends to implement, ensuring compliance and proper entry into the company&rsquo;s system, and reporting embodiment to OEMs as applicable.</li>
<li>Manages current and historical data for AD/SB compliance based on aircraft configuration.</li>
<li>Defines, builds, and maintains the aircraft configuration tree in the company&rsquo;s system for newly arrived aircraft and landing gears.</li>
<li>Monitors the aging aircraft Corrosion Prevention Control Program (CPCP) and Structural Sampling Inspection Program (SSSIP) to ensure safety and structural integrity.</li>
<li>Performs data entry for components (e.g., AIR, HT) for newly arrived aircraft.</li>
<li>Creates new part numbers and sub-assemblies in the system as needed.</li>
<li>Assists in providing Aircraft Configuration status reports, including AD and Modification status.</li>
<li>Provides technical support for OASES system functionality, addressing configuration concerns, troubleshooting, and offering practical training and guidance.</li>
<li>Maintains OASES history files for technical support and training archives.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains OASES backup processes in collaboration with Business Units to mitigate issues during system downtime.</li>
<li>Reviews OASES system upgrade releases, validating applicability to Jazeera&rsquo;s processes and coordinating with engineering teams to assess gaps and impacts on Business Units.</li>
<li>Leads OASES process assessments, revisions, and distribution.</li>
<li>Coordinates OASES interface issues with other systems (e.g., AIMS, SAP, Skywise, Conduce), ensuring issues are addressed and monitored by relevant Business Units or system proponents.</li>

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT<br>
The TROJAN/PROPHET Electronic Technician performs all aspects of system integration, maintenance, repair and training on TROJAN and PROPHET systems. The TROJAN/PROPHET technician provides support throughout SWA AOR. Specific systems may include TROJAN SPIRIT II (V)2/3, TROJAN SPIRIT LITE (V)1/2/3, and PROPHET T- LITE.</p><ul><li>
Maintain TROJAN/PROPHET systems throughout South West Asia Area of Operations.</li><li>
Perform all aspects of TROJAN/PROPHET systems troubleshooting and repair to include communications-electronics, computer systems, sensor systems, SATCOM systems, optics, LAN and data communications, configuration and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, multiplexers, workstations and peripherals.</li><li>
Perform inspections of system components, preventive maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of modules and circuit cards to the lowest replaceable unit (LRU).</li><li>
Perform moderately complex technical functions such as set up, operation, maintenance, modification, circuit testing, calibration and troubleshooting of electronic or electro-mechanical systems, or specialized test equipment to support products or product performance to validate, investigate and resolve matters of significance.</li><li>
Perform reset operations on TROJAN SPIRIT V2 and V3 systems.</li><li>
Read and interpret schematic and engineering drawings and diagrams. Perform operational test and return to service checks.</li><li>
Develop integration plans, perform hardware integration and manage documentation schematics and modifications.</li><li>
Configures computer software, communications devices, and peripheral equipment to operate within designated networks.</li><li>
Perform logistic support requirements such as research, and equipment and spare part inventories.</li><li>
Provide technical representation at meetings and consultations with clients or their representatives.</li><li>
Manage customer expectations as the on-site company representative.</li><li>
Work with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Multi-task efficiently and work in a fast pace environment on multiple projects.</li><li>
Document maintenance tasks via local or web-based reporting system, provides system functional briefings to customer and supervisor.</li><li>
Train customer personnel at the installation site in proper use of highly specialized electronic equipment.</li><li>
May be required to go travel to multiple locations within SWA AOR.</li><li>
Majority of time spent providing repairs in a shop environment and at the customer location.</li><li>
Performs all other duties assigned.</li><li>

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED TO SUCCEED:</p><ul><li>
Experience: BA/BS plus 5+ years of related experience, AA/AS plus 7 years of related experience, or a High School diploma and 9 years of relative experience</li><li>
Technical skills: Strong background in electronics, and communications to include tactical Satellite Systems (TROJAN SPIRIT II (V) 2/3, TROJAN SPIRIT LITE (V) 1/2/3, PROPHET T-LITE).</li><li>
Possess high reliability soldering skills and is experienced in repair of PCB Printed Circuit Boards), and in the use of Test Equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, power meters and DC power supplies.</li><li>
Security clearance level: Must have a current TOP SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI</li><li>
US citizenship required</li><li>
Ability to meet internal paperwork requirements</li><li>
US Passport must not expire for at least 2 years and must have at least 6 blank pages.</li><li>
Must be able to receive a Kuwait VISA 18</li><li>
Work schedule is based on 6 days/ 8 hour shifts</li></ul><p></p><p>
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li>
At least seven years of relevant experience in a technical capacity whether active duty military, government service, and/or contractor. Graduate of military service technical school such as USAF 2EXXX / 3DXXX / ETC or US Army 35T / 35S / ETC or similar.</li><li>
Experience with various COMSEC equipment and configurations, communication system, data-networks to include Fiber-Optics/Networks, and VOIP.</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot and isolate hardware or software configuration malfunctions in multi-vendor integrated networked systems.</li><li>
Experience in interpreting system drawings, electronic schematics, network drawings, engineering drawings.</li><li>
Two years performing system functional analysis and failure data reporting, evaluate system performance, install approved system modifications, and recommend system architecture and technical change proposals.</li><li>
Capable of performing analysis of system operations and performing training.</li><li>
Experience troubleshooting, fault finding, and repair of electronic equipment.</li><li>
Experience with communications analyzers (service monitors) spectrum analyzers, and volt meters.</li><li>
Experience in customer support.</li><li>
Experience in stock control and asset management</li><li>
Experience in a forward-facing customer support role.</li><li>
Excellent customer presence as well as verbal and written communication skills, writing system documentation documents, and communications involving system installation and operation.</li></ul><p><br>

The likely salary range for this position is $93,662 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The Drilling Superintendent is responsible for providing operation and management support to the Country/Operations Manager and to the Rig Superintendent. The Drilling Superintendent manages the company interests in the field in respect to the customers, the well program and all personnel onboard the rig. This person coaches the Rig Manager in managing the rig as a safe, efficient and profitable independent unit while delivering value drilling services to customers.

   Responsible for ensuring that policies, standards and procedures are implemented and understood for the operations under his care.

   Promotes and coaches the practical implementation of QHSE MS system for the operations under care.

   Ensure the rig has established and functioning system of assessments (CAT's) inspections and drills, with proper follow-up using QUEST.

   Participate in HSE CMS, HiPo Light and Near Accident event investigations and follow-up.

   Coaches the Rig Manager into establishing an efficient business unit.

   Advises the Rig Manager on the rig during critical operations.
