Civil &amp; MEP Project Documentation<ul><li>Track the status of Civil &amp; MEP submissions (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with Civil &amp; MEP engineers for timely submission and resubmission of documents.</li><li>Update and maintain logs for MEP technical documents, correspondence, and consultant comments.</li></ul>3. Distribution &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Distribute approved drawings, specifications, and technical documents to the relevant site teams and subcontractors.</li><li>Maintain a clear record of who received what document and when.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors regarding document submissions and approvals.</li></ul>4. Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all documentation complies with project standards, contractual requirements, and company quality procedures.</li><li>Support QA/QC and MEP teams with documents required for inspections, audits, and testing.</li><li>Assist in preparing documentation packages for handover (MEP O&amp;M manuals, as-built records, test certificates).</li></ul>5.
