What You Will Do
PR, Content &amp; Social Media
<ul><li>Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media and digital platforms
</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
</li><li>Generate creative content ideas to showcase hotel products, services, and experiences
</li><li>Write engaging social media captions and manage the content calendar for main hotel channels
</li><li>Monitor and manage engagement across the hotel&rsquo;s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
</li><li>Review media, content creator, and influencer requests, and provide recommendations
</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities
<ul><li>Manage the press room and image library
</li><li>Measure, analyze, and report on social media and digital performance using company platforms
</li><li>Prepare and distribute weekly press coverage summaries for internal stakeholders
</li></ul>Marketing Responsibilities
<ul><li>Design in-house marketing collateral including flyers, menus, posters, and digital hotel screen banners
</li><li>Manage e-newsletters and EDM campaigns for hotel products and services, ensuring timely and relevant distribution
</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and report on all marketing and PR activities and results
</li><li>Manage print projects from concept to completion, including timelines, costs, design, and copy
</li><li>Oversee hotel communications such as signage for public spaces, elevator screens, in-room TVs, digital screens, and guest letters
</li><li>Coordinate professional photography and video shoots as required
</li><li>With the support of the Marketing &amp; PR Manager, brief media plans, creative concepts, and retouching requirements
</li><li>Manage and update content on the hotel website and mobile application
</li><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date information across hotel and partner websites
</li><li>Comply with Four Seasons Sales &amp; Marketing standards while working collaboratively and professionally with all stakeholders
</li><li>Ensure all promotions, advertising, and collateral reflect the Four Seasons brand image and the highest level of quality and professionalism
</li></ul>What You Bring:
<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
</li><li>Previous experience in creative writing, including blogs, website content, and press releases
</li><li>Strong understanding of the social media landscape, trends, and best practices
</li><li>Familiarity with current digital tools, platforms, and analytics
</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
</li><li>Experience coordinating and managing photo and video shoots
</li><li>Photography and/or videography experience (professional or personal), with a strong creative eye
