Primary focus 
The focus of the Commerce Product Design Team is on the user experience for people who are purchasing and/or managing their streaming subscriptions. The journeys could include offers for new paid customers, transactions, plan upgrades or downgrades, cancellations, account linking, surveys, etc. This role reports to the Director of Product Design, Foundational Leads.
As a Content Designer on our team, you will write messaging, design alternative explorations or advise on design layouts in Figma to clarify messaging, as well as develop, test, iterate, and launch experiences that are contextually relevant, exceedingly useful, and curiously entertaining.

What you will be doing:<ul><li>
Writing, designing, and editing/updating copy that makes our global streaming commerce experience feel easy to understand and use. This includes offers, plan descriptions, transactional emails, CTAs, in-product messaging, notifications and error messages, FAQs, draft UX-friendly legal disclaimers/disclosures, and other touchpoints.</li><li>
Collaborating with product owners, designers, researchers, marketing, legal, data science, and/or engineering to successfully deliver products to market.</li><li>
Fulfilling or consulting on daily &ldquo;short-order requests&rdquo; and quick turnarounds as well as influencing messaging strategy, narrative, product flows and decisions, interface language, nomenclature, and other content for top initiatives and long-term iterations.</li><li>

Qualifications

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Marketing team is seeking a curious, dynamic, and highly collaborative Financial Writer. The role will focus primarily on writing a diverse array of content for an audience of financial advisors, private bankers, family offices, and their clients.

The Financial Writer should be both an excellent writer/editor and a strong communicator who can build relationships across the firm. The successful candidate will be able to understand and quickly synthesize complex financial topics into digestible, eye-catching content for the wealth audience and have a deep understanding of the competitive field.

Being a team player who can work with many different stakeholders on the marketing team and beyond, including offering guidance on best practices for content development and messaging, is essential.
