As Assistant Influencer Strategist you will bring cultural insights, thought leadership, and strategic thinking to help lead influencer programming on brands across the agency. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for contributions in all phases of the influencer process for these programs/brands. Position Overview:

The creative team at M Booth is looking for a Designer to join our growing team. This person will primarily work with a highly collaborative social content team across several brands. They will use skills including digital design, photography and videography, video editing and photo retouching and collage to create social first content. Light motion design is a plus.

We have an immediate opening for a Digital Director to join our Consumer Lifestyle Team. We believe in creativity and thoughtful strategy with the ability to be both nimble and intentional to deliver exceptional work to our clients. A successful candidate will be hungry to learn and grow in the lifestyle and CPG space, supporting breakthrough marketing efforts on a team that blends PR, influencer and digital work. 


What You&rsquo;ll Do:

As Director, Digital you will support its rapidly growing Lifestyle practice working on a range of consumer brands ranging within the food/beverage, home, travel, and wine/spirits sectors. Social-First Strategy &amp; Execution

<li>Develop and execute integrated social strategies that align with business goals and create new relevance for familiar brands in the Lifestyle space.</li>
<li>Build tailored digital and social playbooks that combine earned, and organic strategies, ensuring brands show up authentically.</li>
<li>Stay obsessed with social trends&mdash;from TikTok sounds to Instagram aesthetics&mdash;and translate memes, moments, and behaviors into meaningful brand activations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to shape platform-specific campaigns that resonate with online audiences.</li>
<li>Inform influencer marketing efforts, partnering with our influencer team and working with creators who align with the brand and building authentic partnerships.</li></ul> 


Client Leadership

<li>Serve as day-to-day client lead on all things social, not only answering incoming communications but anticipating needs</li>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring

The job requires:

<li>6+ years of experience working in digital and social media, in an agency setting or in-house</li>
<li>Experience with driving a brand&rsquo;s social media and content strategy, developing social media strategies and playbooks</li>
<li>Experience overseeing the social media content production process for a brand, and overseeing creative teams, photoshoots and video shoots with onset experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media measurement, how to tie results back to client and business goals, and how to merchandize results</li>
<li>Has experience overseeing influencer marketing programs/campaigns (contracting content creators for UGC-style content, maker content lo-fi reels and collaboration content)</li>
<li>Has knowledge about the paid social space, but not a must</li>
<li>Experience managing digital initiatives preferred. Examples include web or app development, chat bots, innovative use of emerging technology, CRM and email marketing</li>

ABOUT GLOBAL TV DISTRIBUTION
NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution (GTVD) is responsible for the sales and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and streaming platforms in over 200 territories across the globe. This includes a rich library of more than 6,000 feature films and 170,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, sports, news, animation, long-form and short-form programming, and locally produced content from around the world. 
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director of Audience Development will define and lead the strategy to grow audiences and maximize revenue across NBCUniversal&rsquo;s portfolio of wholly owned social and digital channels on YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok. This is a highly commercial role, requiring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to identifying new revenue opportunities, optimizing content performance, and scaling audience growth across platforms. A core focus of the role will be the management and expansion of a portfolio of conflict-driven daytime talk shows (including Jerry Springer, Maury, Steve Wilkos, and Karamo), leveraging deep content libraries to drive engagement, monetization, and long-term audience growth across platforms. This role is accountable for delivering annual revenue targets set by GTVD, ensuring the portfolio is optimized for monetization, platform performance, and audience scale. 
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Overarching responsibility for the programming of YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok channels across the portfolio of conflict-driven daytime talk shows.</li><li>
Lead a team of Associate Content Producers to deliver on Ad-Supported Video on Demand (AVOD) team commercial goals, and lay a framework of management best practice for lead managers to follow.</li><li>
Explore ways to expand and develop the portfolio of internally run channels to increase ultimate revenue share.</li><li>
Report insights to and create presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales teams to assist in the pitching of direct ad-sales campaigns.</li><li>
Produce best practice and training guides for new starters.</li><li>

Qualifications 
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in digital marketing, marketing, media or other related fields.</li><li>
At least ten years&rsquo; YouTube channel management experience, together with YouTube certification.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills, with at least three years&rsquo; experience managing a team of three or more employees.</li><li>
Demonstrable passion for the online video space, particularly successful YouTube brands, channels and creators.</li><li>
Expertise in social media optimization tactics and growing online communities.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of YouTube Content ID.</li><li>
