It is a coordination, execution, and quality role.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Execution &amp; Content Support<ul><li>Assist in creating social media content including posts, reels, carousels, stories, and short-form video.</li><li>Participate in content ideation and planning sessions with the social media team.</li><li>Capture basic photo and video content using mobile devices as needed.</li><li>Assist with writing captions, hooks, post descriptions, and hashtag sets.</li><li>Prepare and organize content for scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).</li><li>Upload and schedule content using tools such as Loomly.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, editors, and videographers to move content through production.</li><li>Perform quality checks on posts prior to publishing (grammar, formatting, branding, accuracy).</li></ul>Website Development Project Management<ul><li>Manage website development projects from intake through launch.</li><li>Gather and define website project requirements and scope.</li><li>Create project timelines, task lists, and milestones.</li><li>Prepare and issue website development quotes using internal pricing frameworks.</li><li>Coordinate with web developers, designers, and internal teams.</li><li>Track progress, manage deadlines, and flag delays or scope changes.</li><li>Review websites for functionality, branding consistency, responsiveness, and accuracy prior to launch.</li><li>Ensure approvals, documentation, and handoff are completed.</li></ul>Quality Control &amp; Operations Support<ul><li>Review digital deliverables to ensure they meet BrandNation standards.</li><li>Enforce internal processes, checklists, and SOPs.</li><li>Identify execution gaps, missed deadlines, or quality issues and address them.</li><li>Maintain organized documentation for projects, quotes, and approvals.</li><li>Provide status updates and visibility to leadership.</li></ul>RequirementsRequired Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, agency operations, or project coordination.</li><li>Hands-on experience creating or assisting with social media content.</li><li>Experience coordinating or managing website development projects.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and quality control.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication.</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and technical teams.</li><li>Ability to balance creative contribution with structure and process.</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Agency experience.</li><li>Familiarity with Loomly, ClickUp or similar tools.</li><li>Experience with WordPress or Webflow.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion principles.</li><li>Bilingual - Spanish</li></ul>What This Role Is Not<ul><li>A solo social media manager role.</li><li>A web developer or designer role.</li><li>A senior strategist role.</li><li>A purely administrative position.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience.</li><li>Growth opportunity within a fast-growing marketing agency.</li></ul>To Apply: Submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience with social media and website project coordination.Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have an solid understanding of social media management?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Website management: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Direct marketing: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
