The ideal candidate has proven experience creating content for social platforms, a strong visual portfolio or personal creator following, and comfort working with video editing and AI‑enabled production tools. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Produce high‑quality short‑form and long‑form video content that supports brand education, storytelling, and social engagement.</li><li>
Manage end‑to‑end production including pre‑production planning, filming, editing, and delivery.</li><li>
Shoot and edit customer stories, how‑to videos, product explainers, and educational energy content.</li><li>
Create social-first content tailored to platform behaviors, trends, and audience expectations.</li><li>
Support development of multimedia elements for interactive content such as quizzes, tools, and engagement-driven modules.</li><li>
Collaborate with SEO &amp; Content teams to incorporate insights, keywords, and customer trends into multimedia execution.</li><li>
Use AI video tools and editing platforms to increase efficiency and content output.</li><li>
Maintain production schedules and manage logistics for video shoots.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Digital Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>

Experience creating content for social platforms with proven engagement or following</li><li>

Powell is seeking a Marketing Content Creator who will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining cohesive communication campaigns designed to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth. This individual will focus on the media production side of content creation, like photo/video/design work to match current branding, and work with the team to create short- and long-term campaigns relating to internal and external relations. Overview: Content Creation, Video Filming &amp; Editing, Mild Graphic Design, Storytelling &amp; Conversation Marketing Skills, Camera Work, Social Media Strategy, etc.
</p><ul><li><p>You bring 3-5 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, and/or corporate office settings.
</p></li><li><p>Youre proficient at using content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or similar software to produce high-quality digital assets.
</p></li><li><p>You have a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences across various social media platforms.
</p></li><li><p>You can match and recreate current brand composition and design - color, spacing, verbiage, vibe, pacing, etc.
</p></li><li><p>You have experience in planning, filming, directing, and editing B-Roll, secondary footage, employee interviews, and other forms of medium to long video content.
