Commercial contract administration and local logistic activities either for export or domestic contracts (simple, sophisticated and project orders)
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
<ul><li>Commercial compare of quote and customer orders (simple, sophisticated, project, service orders)
</li><li>Check compliance of orders with company policy (checkpoint, trade compliance, finance)
</li><li>Issue proforma invoice for prepayments and stage payment invoices
</li><li>Release inters branch orders in Oracle system in accordance with date management policy

</li><li>Acknowledge the orders to customers
</li><li>Expedite orders and control delivery times/backlog and advise on priorities
</li><li>Advise customers in case of any delays / changes with the order as soon as possible.
</li><li>Coordinate customs clearance (import and export) documents with the customs broker per Turkish Customs Regulations.
</li><li>Receipt the goods/invoices in the warehouse and daily control of the warehouse report
</li><li>Arrange shipments (prepare delivery note, packing list, labels, shipping instructions) for local shipments/ consolidations.
</li><li>Consolidate shipments from Vienna if required by the customer and issue shipping documentation as per PWC requirements for Vienna registration.
</li><li>Coordinate the delivery of orders, in respect of delivery terms and export requirements
</li><li>Shipments tracking acc. to delivery terms (FOB, CPT,DAP, DDP) for invoicing
</li><li>Invoicing on time as per local regulations ( including stage payments for special terms)
</li><li>Issue Letter of Credit documents
</li><li>Provide letter of bank guarantee and follow up with finance
</li><li>Backlog review of sale for POR Sales forecast
</li><li>Inventory count twice in a year
</li><li>Own and apply the relevant ISO procedures
</li><li>Checkpoint- ensure compliance with checkpoint procedures
