</li><li>Monitor cost performance against contract budgets and approved variations.
</li></ul>Tendering &amp; Procurement Support
<ul><li>Assist in preparation and review of tender documents, contract conditions, and commercial schedules.
</li><li>Participate in bid evaluation, commercial clarifications, and contract award recommendations.
</li><li>Support contract negotiations prior to award.
</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation
<ul><li>Prepare regular contractual and commercial reports for the Client.
</li><li>Maintain proper records of correspondence, variations, claims, and approvals.
</li><li>Ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate, and auditable.
</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Advisory Role
<ul><li>Work closely with project managers, planners, engineers, and legal teams.
</li><li>Provide contractual advice during project meetings and progress reviews.
</li><li>Act as a key contractual interface between Client, PMC, contractors, and consultants.</li></ul></div>

Expected
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in contract administration and commercial management on large infrastructure, building, or industrial projects.
</li><li>Strong experience working with PMC or Client-side organizations.
</li><li>In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
</li><li>Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, PMP, CCM) are an advantage.
