<ul><li>Prepare jobs by ensuring all required parts, tools, and documentation are available prior to mobilization.</li>
<li>Assess technical conditions on site and perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic/electrical cranes, including knuckle boom and offshore cranes.</li>
<li>Diagnose and rectify issues related to: Hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators) Hydraulic power packs and piping systems Load holding, slewing, luffing, and hoisting functions Electrical controls/ PLCs/VFDs</li>
<li>Carry out work onboard vessels, offshore oil &amp; gas installations, and offshore wind installations in compliance with Company standards, OEM guidelines, and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Perform function testing, commissioning, and fault-finding after repairs or modifications.</li>
<li>Prepare clear service reports and communicate job progress and completion to the Service Coordinator and Client.</li>
<li>Be available for travel at short notice, including offshore and international assignments.</li>

<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Marine Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with hydraulic/Electrical crane systems.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of: Hydraulic schematics and fault diagnosis Proportional and directional control valves Hydraulic motors, pumps, and cylinders Load control and safety valves Electrical controls/ PLCs/ VFDs</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in cranes or heavy lifting equipment.</li>
<li>Experience in the marine and offshore industry is a strong advantage.</li>
<li>Basic electrical and control knowledge (limit switches, sensors, solenoids) is preferred.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently in challenging environments.</li>
<li>Good command of spoken and written English.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>
