Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily HR operations and employee records.</li><li>Handle recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation.</li><li>Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related HR data.</li><li>Support employee relations, performance management, and training activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.</li><li>Coordinate with MOHRE and relevant government authorities for HR transactions.</li><li>Handle visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and employee-related government processes.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.</li><li>Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Arab nationality is required.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English and Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

<ul><li>Support General Manager &amp; Managing Director for budget preparation.</li><li>Responsible for recruitment of Manpower based on approved requirement and ensure on-board process.</li><li>Ensure all interviews are carryout as per company procedure, interview evaluation forms, offer letter etc. must be issued based on time frame.</li><li>Responsible to maintain data bank for critical key positions within the organization.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring all employees are inducted before joining.</li><li>Responsible for new employee</li><li>Responsible for preparation of employee leave plan and ensure employees are following the same.</li><li>Responsible for employee J/D preparation &amp; PMS process in coordination with respective HOD&rsquo;s</li><li>To ensure that all employees records (Joining Reports, Personal Files, Leave Records, Loans etc.,) are updated and accurate.</li><li>To create and implement a framework for monitoring employee satisfaction and ensure proactive resolution of employee grievances (with help of media like Suggestion Box, HR Helpline etc.).</li><li>Responsible for organising employee training based on PMS out line.</li><li>Ensure dress code &amp; office decorum are maintained in all offices &amp; sites.</li><li>Any other assignments decided by the management. However, Management reserves the right to review and revise above mentioned job responsibilities if deemed necessary.</li><li>Foresee and informs problems related employees and make necessary training programs in coordination with department heads.</li><li>Providing Support to management in decision making to resolve unexpected changes/modifications in HR &amp; Administration Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Monitor upcoming renewals and completion on due course.</li><li>Providing support to other departments for minimize administrative expenses, effective utilization of resources etc.</li></ul>Payroll Related<ul><li>Responsible for ensuring salary sheet preparation on time based on employee eligibility and company policy.</li><li>Responsible for employee full and final settlement preparation.</li><li>Responsible for employee leave settlement preparation.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring all employees are leave the organisation either as separation or as part of their leave, clearance is completed as per company standards.</li><li>Responsible to inform all HOD&rsquo;s about new joiners &amp; leave resumption status.</li><li>Responsible for WPS process.</li><li>Responsible for local nationality registration and their pension scheme procedures implementation.</li></ul>Requirements and skills:<ul><li>MBA &ndash; HR or equivalent qualification</li><li>Minimum 2 to 5 years&rsquo; experience in mid-level.</li><li>Knowledge in Human Resources, project management and office software.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking skills and negotiating skills.</li><li>Good planning, problem solving and analytical thinking skills.</li><li>A wide range of business acumen from numerous senior management positions over.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
