 We are seeking a detail-oriented Designer/Draftsman to join our team at Plumsheep. As a key part of our design department, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and technical designs, ensuring that each piece is meticulously crafted to the highest standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Create detailed furniture design drawings and technical schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with designers, production managers, and clients to understand design requirements and translate them into precise, manufacturable plans.
 </li>

 Ensure all designs comply with the company's standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Modify and update existing designs based on client feedback or production constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve design issues during manufacturing.

 Maintain up-to-date records of all design drafts and revisions.
 </li>

 Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction from design to final delivery.

 Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and upholstery techniques.
