Main activities and responsibilities 
1. Recruitment &amp; Conversion Support
<ul><li>Assist the Destination Manager (Europe) in achieving enrolment targets for European study destinations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage and respond to student, counsellor, and agent enquiries, providing up-to-date information on courses, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes, and living arrangements for European countries.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support students throughout the application process, ensuring applications are complete, accurate, and meet partner requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Follow up on leads and offers to maximize conversion from application to enrolment.</li></ul> 
2. University Partnership Engagement
<ul><li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with European partner universities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Share market insights, application trends, and feedback from students and counsellors with university partners to strengthen collaborations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work with the Destination Manager to identify and introduce new potential university partners in Europe.</li></ul> 
3. Market Intelligence &amp; Information Sharing
<ul><li>Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and student demand for European study destinations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide internal counsellors, agents, and marketing teams with relevant updates, selling points, and destination-specific insights.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure all stakeholders have the latest course information, entry requirements, deadlines, and promotional materials.</li></ul> 
4. Events &amp; Promotions
<ul><li>Support destination-specific webinars, open days, and recruitment events (both virtual and in-person) to promote European universities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with marketing to create and distribute destination-specific content, including student success stories and promotional campaigns.</li></ul> 
5. Administration &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Maintain accurate student records and application tracking in the CRM system.</li></ul>

 Responsible for aligning investment products in Turkiye within the parameters of the Group strategy

 A day in the life of an Data Analyst
 
 
 
 Even if you&rsquo;ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office&rsquo;s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

 Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets (both structured and unstructured textual data) in collaboration with data scientists, in order to improve performance of our virtual assistants, based on Google DialogFlow
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies to optimize data quality. Analyze data and performance levels of our dialogue systems and proactively propose improvements

 <li>
 Communicate these recommendations and provide data / analytical support to the stakeholders using both analytical and business jargon (written and oral)
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the product owner to prioritize business and information needs, and accordingly implement them into an analytical approach

 Qualifications:
