Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform day-to-day maintenance, repair, and installation works related to civil, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across company offices, workshops, and project sites.</li><li>Repair or replace damaged fixtures, fittings, tiles, ceilings, lighting, and plumbing components as required.</li><li>Assist in setting up, maintaining, and repairing temporary site facilities such as site offices, storage rooms, and utilities.</li><li>Carry out minor masonry, painting, and finishing works to maintain facility standards.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing timely solutions with minimal disruption.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed, materials used, and tools handled.</li><li>Report any major maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor for corrective action.</li><li>Support other site and facility teams in general upkeep and improvement works as directed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Technical Certificate in Building Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance or repair work (construction or facilities background preferred).</li><li>Strong practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil repair activities.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple maintenance tasks independently and troubleshoot on-site issues.</li><li>Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and maintenance safety procedures.</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.</li><li>Physically fit and adaptable to various work environments and site conditions.</li><li>Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required.</li><li>GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:&middot; Knowledge of works in petrol vehicles like changing of water pump, fuel pump, brake pad, brake shoes, Disc drum, change of oil and oil filter, AC filter, Engine works, coolant checks, Timing belt or chain, Gasket head changing, changing of gear, clutch disc, clutch cover and bearings.&middot; Knowledge in repairing of diesel motors like diesel generators, Air Compressors, Tower Lights, Construction machineries / equipment&rsquo;s like Skid Steer Loader, Backhoe Loaders, Telehandler, Excavator etc&middot; Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems used in HIAB, Skid Steer loader, Telehandlers etc.&middot; Replace hoses, cylinders, valves, seals, and hydraulic pumps&middot; Maintain hydraulic oil quality and check for leakages, pressure failures, or overheating&middot; Inspection and repairing of small power tools like Jackhammers, Grinders, Saws, Water Jet Grinder, all other equivalent civil construction equipment&rsquo;s.&middot; Knowledge in basic Auto Electrical works like maintain and replace headlamps, tail lamps, signal lights, beacon lights, and work lights on heavy machinery and vehicles.Requirements:Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.5- 10 years of experience in repairing diesel/petrol engines and power tools.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components of small equipment.Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide practical repair solutions.Good communication skills and ability to work independently.Flexible to work in site environments and under pressure.Candidate must have GCC work experience from construction industry.Candidate must have valid Bahrain Driving LicenseJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
