This position reports to the Director of Public Relations &amp; Marketing. F&amp;B Assistant Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets, supporting social media team, content creation, campaign planning, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.</div> 
 
<div>RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of the role include: 
Marketing and Social Media
<ul><li>Develop marketing strategies and plans, advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations, sponsorships and event management.
<ul><li>Responsible for the brand development work of restaurants/outlets.</li>
<li>Organizes and Attends sales calls</li>
<li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote food and beverage offerings.</li>
<li>Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to enhance brand visibility; works closely with Social Media Team, to maximize on all platforms, fields and communication.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials.</li>
<li>Develop revenue, profit growth strategies for the business, and take charge of the tactical execution of the brands&rsquo; marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.</li>
<li>Leads, coordinates campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal business partners like Operations, F&amp;B and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise.</li>
<li>Monitor and improve ROI using strategic and analytical approach.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies.</li>
<li>Identify, develop and implement strategic marketing partnership/campaign plans (online and offline) with the objective of getting brand awareness and improve outlet sales. (works closely with Sales and Social Media Team)</li>
<li>Executes Sales, Business Development and Partnership calls.</li>
<li>Evaluate the success of events and adjust strategies accordingly.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with Marriott brand standards and marketing guidelines.</li>
<li>Manage the yearly/quarterly/monthly marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of all campaigns/activations.</li>
<li>Reply to messages, comments and guest inquiries on Instagram and all other social media platforms (as per Marriott / The Ritz-Carlton communication standards).</li>
<li>Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.</li>
